Born on his family farm in Montana, Ken grew up as a true “country boy”. Riding motorcycles, shooting gophers, playing with rattle snakes, and having minimal exposure to the rest of the world, it was paradise. At the age of 10, Ken’s father relocated the family to Central Washington where they raised veal beef, and this was a completely new world.
With his father being a Vietnam Veteran, and his grandfather being a WWII Veteran, with several uncles and other relatives also serving in one Branch or another, Ken was no stranger to patriotism and was raised with a genuine love for America, and so at the age of 17, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. The chain of events leading to this decision would sound like a fiction novel to most people, but nonetheless, this single decision changed Kens life forever.
After serving for 7 years on Active Duty with assignments all over, to include Korea, Germany, Kuwait, Iraq, and a few different spots on the East Coast, and then 3 more years spent in the Texas National Guard, Ken finally decided to give civilian life a try, and left the Army for good. He spent a few years as a DOD civilian (in Germany), and then a few more years in private security and Federal Law Enforcement until finally reaching a decision to become an entrepreneur.
Truth be told, Ken was always an entrepreneur, and the decision to leave everything behind and start a new journey in life was an easy one to make. Through a few different failed attempts at one business or another, he was finally able to put something together, and he created his first successful construction Company in 2014. This has been his primary business ever since.
Several other ventures have been started since then, to include a consulting firm, a property management and real estate investment company (started with his wife), and now Ken’s major focus is in podcasting and dating platforms. Ken is an avid motorcycle rider, a stanch 2A supporter, a “George Washington Libertarian”, but most of all, a family man who believes in limited government and individual freedom.
